MATCHNIGHT
 
Everyone is welcome to come and watch, or even enter their dogs in our Match Night companion show, which is held on the second Wednesday in the month. The Ringcraft session starts on the third Wednesday of every month.  The venue starts at 8.00pm, food and drink available.
 
Held at:   Brinsley Village Hall, Cordy Lane, Brinsley, Notts NG16 5BY (A608, Junction 27 off the M1).

OPEN SHOWS
 
This is an outdoor Open Show event, held on the Group System under Kennel Club Rules & Regulations. Snacks & refreshments are available. Prize money and rosettes are on offer for certain classes. (On line entries are accepted through Fosse data). The Society follows the Kennel Club Health and Safety regulations. It is the exhibitors responsibility to keep venues clean and tidy and clear up any dog foul, even in the official exercise area.

  • Dogs and Children must be kept under control at all times, Alfreton & District Canine Society cannot be held responsible for accidents caused by unruly dogs or children.
  • The use of "illegal substances" in the preparation of dogs for exhibition will lead to disqualification.
  • The General Committe without previous notice may order an examination of any dogs at any show and samples may be taken for further analysis, this will include the new regulations for any docked breeds.
  • Any individual has the right to lodge a complaint in writing with an official at the show and provide substantial evidence to the grounds of the objection.
  • The Committee can accept no responsibility for the products advertised or sold by Trade Stands at the show.
  • If any dog's are found to be at risk, forcible entry into your vehicle may be necessary without liability for any damaged caused. (Dogs die in hot cars).
